Stefanie Gluckman is a seasoned leader in child welfare, healthcare access, and systems equity for vulnerable youth. As Senior Project Director with the LA County Office of Child Protection and former Director of the Education Coordinating Council, she has advanced cross-sector collaboration to improve outcomes for foster and justice systems-involved youth. Her prior work includes leading health equity initiatives at The Children’s Partnership and practicing civil rights law on behalf of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Stefanie brings a practitioner’s lens and deep local expertise to her role as a Change Accelerator coach— helping participants navigate the intersections of resource development, systems change leadership, and social impact.
