Erin Driver Linn


Dr. Erin Driver-Linn is the Dean for Education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a member of the faculty in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. As Dean for Education, she has broad responsibility across the Office of Education, which includes the Office for Student Services, the Office for Educational Programs, and Executive and Continuing Professional Education. Prior to this position, Erin served as Founding Director of the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching (HILT), a ten-year, $40 million initiative to catalyze innovation and excellence in teaching and learning across the University. Erin grew up in rural Arkansas and received a BA in Communication from the University of Arkansas and her PhD in Experimental Social Psychology from Harvard University. She is the recipient of a number of Distinction in Teaching awards and the author of publications in Psychological Science and the American Psychologist, among others.
